I love a good hearty, whole wheat/whole grain pancake. Finding one that isn’t made with white flour and tastes good at the same time can be tricky. I’ve heard good things about Bob’s Red Mill products and when I saw this
in the grocery store, I decided to give it a try. The pancakes were delicious! I added raspberries to the first batch and blueberries to the second batch. The pancakes weren’t as pretty as I had hoped but their less-than-stellar appearance probably had something to do with the ground flax seed I added to the batter and my pancake flipping skills… Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to make more pancakes so I can practice!
