I wanted to give a quick update on my 5K training – I am one training day away from completing the training! I’ll be running a 5K in December and am pretty excited about it. My training program is gradual. I’m careful to stretch, cross train and use my foam roller. The highlight of my training is the once a week sessions with my “coach”. She’s a co-worker, good friend and great motivator!
As a side note – today marks a year since I moved to Texas. I am so grateful for the blessings that have come into my life since moving here.
