My brother asked me about my time goal for my 10k this Saturday. When I told him that I need to do speed work but find it difficult, he asked me whether I reward my legs for working hard during training. Hmmm…. joking aside, he made a good point.

Other from a quick stretch or brief rolling session on my foam roller, I haven’t done much to thank my legs lately.  I’m pretty sure that means I need to treat them to a yoga session on Friday!  I also really want to try this stretching video sometime soon.
