I went for an 8 mile run on Friday. It felt good to run again! My knee was a little sore on Saturday so I decided to ice it – the ice helped. Saturday afternoon I dropped over to a local pool to enjoy some sunshine. The water was freezing but it felt great on my legs! Kind of like an ice bath.
