Second Progressive Workout


As you may know, yesterday was National Running Day!  I honored the day by doing my second progressive workout.  You can find my first progressive workout here.  I warmed up for 5 minutes and then did two rounds of the following:

I really enjoyed switching up my speed – I didn’t get bored and the time passed quickly.
