I’m excited to announce that I’ve chosen a fall race – a half marathon. It will be the first race I’ve done since the marathon and I’m a little nervous. I’m considering signing up for a shorter race between now and the half to get myself “back in the game”. We’ll see. 🙂 As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, I’ve really enjoyed the weight lifting I’ve done since the marathon. Now I’m slowly adding running back into my schedule to prepare for the half. I’ll keep you posted on the training and how the combination of weights and running goes.
